About Jolu on the Go
Our Story
I started Jolu On The Go because of my deep passion for cooking and the way I’ve seen food bring joy and connection to people. The name Jolu is a tribute to two of my dear friends, Joseph and Lucy, who have passed away. Joseph loved lasagna and Lucy adored Alfredo, so I made sure to include both dishes on the menu in their honor. I wanted to create something unique, so I serve the meals in a box with a bow—something simple that makes anyone feel special and reminds them they are loved. After all, what better way to feel love than through good food? I also incorporate different themes to bring variety and joy, so there’s always something that can brighten someone’s day and make them feel good.
